Review: Cute and comfy dress that can by dressed up by adding a belt. The pattern is lovely and unique and feminine. The dress is a bit looser in the waist than I thought it might be but still looks great even without a belt. The fabric is soft and a bit slinky on the outside but more like a flat cotton on the outside. I suspect it will be a fabric that does not make me feel overheated.
